Todd Hambrick
is one of the preeminent Plaintiff's personal injury trial
lawyers in the State of Wyoming. After a few years as an
insurance defense attorney, his practice is devoted solely to
Plaintiff's personal injury litigation. For more than a
decade, Todd has successfully tried jury cases in many of the
districts in Wyoming and in the Federal District Court, as
well as handled appeals to the Wyoming Supreme Court.
He has successfully tried major products
liability cases against large corporations (Ford Motor
Company), automobile injury cases, wrongful death,
catastrophic injury cases and other personal injury cases of a
large variety. He accepts and tries cases in all Wyoming
counties and Wyoming federal venues.
Todd Hambrick is a 1983 graduate of the
University of Nebraska and a 1993 graduate of the University
of Wyoming College of Law where he was the Editor-in-Chief of
the Law Review. He is a member of the American and Wyoming
Trial Lawyer's Association.
